III. How do we secure your personal information?

And we will publish an announcement by using any reasonable, effective ways when it’s hard to inform all users one by one.
Besides, we will voluntarily report the disposal of such personal information security incident in accordance with regulatory requirements.

VI. How do we protect the personal data of minors?
We attach great importance to protect protecting the personal data of minors. Our website and services are for adults mainly. With the consents of their parents or guardians, children are not allowed to create their SogaWorks accounts. For this reason, we suggest that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read the privacy policy and seek the consents and guidance from their parents or guardians before submitting their personal data. For the personal data of minors collected with the consents from their parents, we will use or disclose such data in the circumstances allowed by laws, explicitly consented by the parents or guardians, or necessary to protect minors. In case we find that the personal data of minors are collected without the consents from their proven parents, such data will be erased as soon as possible.
You have no right to use our services if you are under the age of 18. Therefore, we do hope that you don’t provide any of your personal data to us. If you are under the age of 18, you have to use our services with the supervision of your parents or guardians.
