Aiming to achieve better turnaround, more reliable quality and lower cost, SogaWorks builds a distributed collaborative supplier network and creates a digital manufacturing management system with new technology of AI, IoT, etc.

In November: Selected as the third batch of national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration platforms (shared manufacturing).
In November: The number of global customers exceeds 40,000, and the number of machined parts is over 16 million+ in total.

In December: ISO 9001 quality management system certification has passed.

In August: AI based Intelligent Quotation System version 2.0 was launched, which is more accurate.

Sales Managers

Our sales team provides you with professional consulting, pricing, and lead times. They conduct smooth connection in case further discussion on design requirements are needed. They also provide feedback on the DFM analysis of parts, and answer your questions and provide assistance throughout the process.

Process Engineers

Our process engineers possess 5-10 years practical shop floor machining experience. They review every drawing to analyze the manufacturability of the parts, make sure requirements are clearly specified, provide optimization suggestions, and eliminate possible quality problems in advance. After requirements and designing confirmed, engineer will specify machining processes and equipment requirement to best produce the part.

Project Managers

Project managers group follows up part manufacturing process, ensures requirements validly met, monitors production progress, and make sure you receive parts on time. They review supplier performance periodically so to maintain high caliber manufacturing capabilities and capacity for different kinds of projects.

Quality Control Engineers

In order to ensure that our customer receive high-quality parts, our on-site QA engineers proceed production patrol inspection and factory quality inspection. Each quality control engineer has many years of experience of inspecting thousands parts with meticulous caution and industry standard instruments. They would not miss any part for full inspection.
